Prakti Design
The amazing people of Prakti Design have a goal of helping people in third world countries by providing stoves that allow them to cook indoors without any exhaust. Their website needed to be able to inform site users of the not only the issues that they are taking on but also updates on how they are doing against them.
The amazing people of Prakti Design have a goal of helping people in third world countries by providing stoves that allow them to cook indoors without any exhaust. Their website needed to be able to inform site users of the not only the issues that they are taking on but also updates on how they are doing against them. This site also acts an online brochure for all of the products they offer. I was the lead web designer and worked not only with other in house All in Web Pro team members but also with designers from international branding agency Siegel+Gale.
Responsiveness was a key driving feature in the site’s design, as ensure that the site is available to all audiences. As many of the people their product help do not have access to internet thru traditional means and require usages of smartphones and other inexpensive devices. There is a robust blog system to the site, organizing content by both categories and tag words while allowing for cross search between the two.
PraktiDesign.com is built on the WordPress platform using a heavily customized theme and custom multi-term search system. I worked on this project as a member of the All in Web Pro team.
